This is Santo Domingo Pueblo and her granddaughters. They live in New Mexico. Santo is a past First Nations Development Institute grantee who implemented a traditional farming program to engage seniors, farmers and youth. Funding was provided by First Nations courtesy of AARP Foundation. The project involves food security for seniors, traditional foods and the passing along of various cultural practices.
